Prior to founding FullCircle, Virginie was a Managing Director at Tusk Ventures where she was an early employee and spent eight years advising and investing in early-stage founders operating in highly regulated industries, helping them think through strategy, policy, and go-to-market in complex markets. Before Tusk, Virginie honed her analytical and financial skills as a banker at Lehman Brothers/Barclays.
French-born and based in New York, Virginie is also a co-founder of Transact Global and an active thought leader on venture structure, trust networks, and the future of work. Through her "Closing the Loop" Substack and convenings such as "Work in Progress," she has emerged as a thoughtful voice on how capital, talent, and governance need to evolve to build a more transparent, collaborative, and resilient venture ecosystem.
